About The Country Friends®

Marci Cavanavgh, President

As a member of The Country Friends since 1990, Marci Cavanaugh is more than suited to reside as President of this charitable organization. Marci has not only worked at the Consignment Shop and volunteered at the annual Tea but she has also chaired the Art of Fashion show giving her the intimate knowledge of The Country Friend that the president must have.

Growing up in Minnesota and moving to San Diego in 1986, Marci and her husband truly appreciate the weather and opportunities California has to offer. Teaching the importance of charitable contribution and volunteerism to her two children, Marci donates her time to the National Charity League while also heading up the San Diego Skateboard League.

The Country Friends welcomes Marci’s upbeat attitude and knack for detail and we can only look forward to the enthusiasm she will bring to our group as reigning president.
